I just had a look at the power profile thread. http://www.cyclingforums.com/t395490.html
With both FT and VO2max training (~10hrs per week) what percentage of ones' 5 min power should it be realistically possible to attain at FT in a six month period. I see in percentage terms some people are up to 85%. I realise that this will be determined somewhat by your aerobic capacity. Thanks, Toks |
