Default suggestions with lyrics

Anyone a fan of The Veronicas? I bought their album the other day, its what i work out to. They're not too bad. I'm usually not a fan of these little poppy/rocky type of music but i don't know, some of their songs are catchy and upbeat and easy to listen to while i go cycling around the park.

Anyways thats besides the point. I'm actually trying to win their signed guitar in their next verse competition where i have to re-write their 2nd verse of their song 'hook me up'. Do you guys know it? I am having a little trouble with writing the verse and i was hoping i could get some help or suggestions.

There's more info in their site and if you haven't heard the song, its here as well http://www.theveronicas.com.au/nextverse.html

any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

i fancy closing pubs
the chance at finding love
it's such a social whirl for such a mousy girl

pour me another pint
you know i'm out all night
anything to evade my insanity insanity

you wanna talk face to face
you wanna buy me for a song
but what if it turns out wrong
it won't turn out wrong
you know i've waited far too long

Aww man...the comps closed ...I was just about to finally get round to doing something for you mongoose. Not being sarcastic here...I wouldn't have clicked on your link if I wasn't serious.

Yes, just to clear that up, when Hypnospin made his "papal" comment, my avatar was Hugh Heffner dressed as the Pope.
