Default Bike Trainer work outs

Hi, Anyone know where i can pick up a trainer workout schedule. Got to get some variety into my training. Trainers are boring! Thanks Curb

Second time I have posted this recommendation today, which is weird cause I don't really use an indoor trainer. But a lot of people swear by the spinervals line of DVDs.

I do! I have several and my favorites are ""Aero Base Builder I" and "Sweating Buckets”. Both are good and have helped me improve in strength and cardio level. I noticed a difference in my cycling in about two weeks.



One day on approach to my most hated hill, I felt strong and just stood up and pedaled and next thing I knew I was over the top. I looked back and my riding partner was not half way up yet. I just powered up a hill that I normally sit and spin in my lowest gear to get to the top like he did. The first thing he asked me was, what have you been taking? Sportlegs? Hammer? I said neither just been training hard.



But I must warn you, Spinervals training hurts, you sweat 10 times more and you want to stop all through the length of the DVD due to the intensity of the work out. You are constantly pedaling at various intensities in mashing and cadence without any breaks. I have to force myself to keep going, but by doing so, I have seen some great results. Actually riding on the road is easier. If I can keep this up throughout the winter, I’m gonna surprise a lot of people during riding season.
