Been reading alot of threads about diets of people who are dieting and want to lose weight posting about what to eat.
I was wondering firstly what are good foods to eat pre- training ride (roughly only 50km). I always vary my lunch so i cant tell what makes feel good or bad. I get extemely hungry if i dont eat pre-ride, and sometime eat wrong foods and feel sick because of it. Futhermore, what would be a good pre-race diet of similar distance, providing it differs from training diet. |
