Ive got a small lumpish thing just under the skin of where my body comes in contact with the saddle. Theres nothing on the skin itself, but just under. It hurts LIKE hell the more days i ride ie i aggrevate it and its gets bigger. Was just wondering if its a traditional saddle sore or sumthing else.

yeah, thats a saddle sore. put a hot water bottle (or equivalent) on it a few times a day. keep it clean. clean with acne wipes after riding, even if already showered. i also find that neosporin can help. good luck with that....
