Default Recovery shake.

Ok just after opinions, on my recovery shake, I want to know if i'm heading down the right track. The products are all Gen-tech
60 grams of Gentech purecarbs
50 grams of gentech whey (approx 30 grams protien and 20 grams carbe)
5 grams of Gentech L-glutamine.
Mixed with either water or low fat milk.
