Hi,
If I have recorded average wattage for 4 minutes, for 20 minutes and for 30 minutes - is there a way to calculate / predict what should be my best average power for 1 min, 5 sec. And other durations ?
Thanks. |

Not for times that short/that much shorter than your test durations. However, if you plot the work you performed in 4, 20, and 30 min against time, you should get a straight line that would allow you to estimate your power from, say, 3 min to 40-60 min with reasonable accuracy. |
