How tall are you?

I'm just going to guess that if you are about 6'2", the 60cm frame that the seller has will be a slightly better fit.

I'm only going to guess that the top tube on both frames is the same (about 58cm -- ASK!) ... the 62cm frame will be better if you are OVER 6'2".

If you are 6'0", or shorter, then you really need to consider another bike.

The components should be reliable/(reliable-enough) even though they are unremarkable (but, a good value oriented selection) ... and, the price is good @ $325 delivered ($300 + $25 shipping -- really more like $275 + $50 shipping OR $250 + $75 shipping). You would be hard pressed to get a comparable bike at a bike shop for that kind of money.

The caveat, with a bike through mail order (or, eBay), is that you have to do the some minor assembly & all of the adjustments yourself -- easy enough to do with some patience, particularly with the available online help.

There are many OTHER new bikes on eBay if you are under 6'0" tall ...
