Default electric bikes

Hey I just switched to an electric bike and love it. Anyone else-my commute is >30 miles/day and it helps me quite a bit.

Oh yeah, here is a cool site with info on electric bikes if your interested.
all kinds of links etc.

Thanks for the link. I've been looking at electric bikes for my brother who has a disability. Wouldn't mind one myself.

Look at goldenmotor.com. I cannot vouch for their quality, though, since I decided to sell my kit before powering it up. It did not pedal freely when you had the power off. I did not get any complaints from my "ebay victim", though.

Thats exactly why I got an electric bike. Can't bike like I did when I was in higschool, the e-bike has me back on the bike and is assisting me with the big hills etc. Since it's fast, I've started running all of my local errands on it. It will probably pay for itself with the gas money I save. I still pedal plenty to save the batteries, I just don't struggle as much. Since I bike more, my legs and cardio are getting built up more than not biking at all, and it definitely beats driving. Plus it's so quiet no one even knows that it's an electric moped. I got an e-bike conversion kit.
