Default Webinar Tomorrow:Tues, Oct. 17-Training on Limited Time

Hi All- Thought some of you might be interested.

I am doing a webinar for USA Cycling tomorrow at 4pm MDT on "Training on Limited Time".

I'll go over some of the key components to maximizing your fitness when time constrained, along with some guidelines to use for this fall/winter. Of course, I'll be covering some of the power training principles utilizing a power meter as well.
