Question Looking for a week of cycling in southern USA this winter.

I'm a 50 something that enjoys riding, have raced for the past 3 years and looking to take a week off this winter and head down south to get some winter miles in. Any recommendations for scheduled trips and such? Last year I went down to Athens, GA and enjoyed 10 days / 700 miles in the Athens and northern Atlanta regions. Much of this however was solo and looking for something where I could share with other like-minded individuals. Feel free to pass along any recommendations.
