Default Regaining fitness

I'm just trying to regain some fitness, ans was wondering if anyone had some good training plans utilising a mag trainer, up to 60 minute sessions.

Try smart Cycling by Arnie Baker, he's got a whole bunch of workouts for the entire winter.

Do a search on this forum. You should come up with more than enough ways to suffer like an animal on a trainer.
