I am looking at buying this bike on ebay. I am new to the game but this looks to be a good deal. Any suggestions or other advice, this iis the price range I'm looking at. Thanks!

I was looking into buying a Botecchia. I really don't think you can go wrong with that price. It will be a great first bike, and you are getting a lot of bike for the money. The only downside is the sizing. You would be better served buying your first bike from an LBS, but you won't get as much for your money. GL! |

I have since changed my mind, after reviewing several forum answers the consensus is to buy from my LBS (which I now know to be my local bike shop) Since it will be my first serious bike purchase I think I should be fitted. Now I'm thinking a Felt Z90....Any comments???? |

Felt makes fine bikes at an economical price point. It's comparable to the Trek Pilot, Giant OCR, and Specialized Sequoia ranges. I'd consider any of these bikes if they're available in your area, and base the final decision on fit, feel, and price. |
