Angry chicken pox and training

dammit i got chicken pox and im stuck at home for a week and it's really sh*tting me. is it ok to keep training with chicken pox? (yeah, a silly question). im 19, and i never had chicken pox before, but i think i dont have it too bad.

i sometimes feel like i have the energy to go out and do something. staying at home makes me feel so crap and 'blerggghhh' cuz i usually swim, cycle or run everyday. im having really busy dreams whenever i sleep-- the first one was competing in a tri, then another time i was cycling.... mmm miss being outdoors.

oh and i had to skip a training ride i had organised with a bunch of cool mates this weekend. that pissed me off, and i had my whole weekend planned and now this stupid virus has totally crippled me. people should be made better. being sick sux!!

went out for a walk this morning and saw all the colourful Beach rd riders zoom past me. whenever you're outside on your bike, please be grateful for what you have and what you can do. i'd give anything to get well now and to be back on my bike. im losing form and wasting away by the minute. sorry, just miserable and sour at the moment. just enjoy your riding and be glad you don't have chicken pox.
