Default jock itch

yes embarrising question, i think thats what it is
my balls itch, i shower 2 times a day, use powder,
and always wear clean riding shorts. for the last
4 months its been 95 to 110 so its hard not to
sweat. back to my question whats the cure? i cant
be the only cyclist here who has incountered this problem

LOL. Not laughing at you, that is.

I got this problem once when i was sixteen and wore Jeans that were way too tight in the crotch.
Slap on some Tinactin and the problem willl be solved shortly.

These suggestions may sound squirrelly but take it from someone who has experienced the problem with a vengeance. Tinactin may help but Lotrimin has been more effective for me. Use whatever treatment you choose for at least a week after your symptoms dissappear. Change from jockey shorts to boxers. Especially, don't sleep in jockey shorts. Now for one last hint, get your blood sugar checked. Recurring fungus infections and itching are a possible sign of diabetes.
