Just curious to know how much all of you out there train on a weekly basis. How many hours, do you race, what discipline/category?

18 hrs per week. Elite level in the Japanese racing scene, cat 4 in the states, but I've yet to race there.
Road racing, crits, circuits, or anything not track. (and to keep with Alex's precedent, 1000-1100 TSS per week right now)
