Maybe your saddle is too high. Besides, there is typically enough (bull)shit flowing through this forum to alleviate any constipation.

That's potentially a sign of dehydration, not cycling. Try drinking more fluids to help keep the good times rolling.....in more ways than one.

yea, i generally find the bend over position helps umm keep me regular
maybe its all the water i take in too... sounds like your either lacking water, or lacking nutrition. |

Exercise in general keeps me regular. Must be all the jiggling of my guts. Come to think of it I usually do sit-ups on exercise days (6 per week) think that helps.
