Default Document your bike ride project

I strapped a Canon Digital Rebel to my bars with a Gorillapod flexible tripod, set the focus to infinity, the mode to sport, and the FOV to the widest 28mm.

And below is the results in a flash movie. I need to take shots about three times more often in order to make it easier to understand where I'm going, but I thought you might like it. Click the link and wait about a minute for the flash movie to load, there's no preloader so it'll just start.

Yes, a short ride for a lot of you guys, but I'm just starting out.

Not anymore than my enormous gut will. But yes, it and the extra water bottle I put on before this ride did make the carbon bike really heavy

Anyway, it was just something to do for run, I'm a semi-pro photographer on the side of my normal job and wanted to see how it came out.
