Coke, Pepsi and all the other carbonated beverages are the worst thing for good health and happy cycling.

Carbonation kills good flora which is essential for good health. Most of the beverages are filled with either aspartane or high fructose corn syrup that messes with the metabolism.

Soda pop is the worst thing to be drinking for anyone involved in physical activity.
Stay away from soda pop.
