Default Madison arm sling

Just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to do a good madison arm sling.

practice on your road bikes first

rider slinging the other IN is always underneath (on the left)

rider BEING slinged should kept left arm nice and relaxed, get a good push as the slowing rider's momentum transfers to you.

you'll get the hang of it.
