Hey Guys & Gals.
I live in the southeastern part of Michigan. I am new to MTBing as a hobby and want to get into it more for exercise and a sport. I am looking for some challenging trails as far as distance and difficulty. Also, I want to start training for my legs to get to where they need to be. It has only been about 2 weeks and I am able to get through a 1 1/2 hour bike ride which in turn is about 15 miles through and around town (basic roads, puddle jumping and so on). What should I shoot for before I hit some serious trails and rcompetitions? Thanks. |
