Has anyone used this product? I am trying to lose weight and it is going pretty good, but i want it to go alittle quicker. Also i would like to get lean, would this product do all that?

Drink a lot of water, and if you drink a full glass of water 30 mins before a meal, you wont eat as much because the water will help fill your stomach a bit. ok now i just gotta listen to my own advice Good luck, dont take drugs to lose weight, just BIKE more ![]() |
