I used it back in the ephedra days, and it worked well, i lost about 4 pounds in a week, but remember a lot of the weight would be water. Not worth the 15-20 bucks.

Just eat right, and exercise. If i dont plan much activity for the day ill have a one scoop protien shake for breakfast and will be ok till lunch. Eat veggies for snacks, eat lean cuts of meat with more veggies for meals, and stick in just enough carbs for you cycling. Veggies provide some carbs, as do fruits...and my favorite...PASTA! Drink a lot of water, and if you drink a full glass of water 30 mins before a meal, you wont eat as much because the water will help fill your stomach a bit.

ok now i just gotta listen to my own advice Good luck, dont take drugs to lose weight, just BIKE more
