Roadmaster is a brand of Pacific Cycle Inc. which is a division of Dorel Industries http://www.pacific-cycle.com/brands/other.php. They are cheap bikes mainly sold in big-box stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc. The "manual" that originally came with the bike was probably very generic at best, but you might be able to get a copy by emailing your request to: CustomerService@pacific-cycle.com
