dope and taxes
it would be very nice if dope could be carried back 7 years and forward 1 like cdn taxes. What a lot of crap that " never tested positive " , like ok, that's not the same as " never took drugs" . If contadope wants to give blood for testing, give a sample of stage 14 or other to a lab picked by this forum for testing. And allow that sample to be tested for exotics as the test are developed. Surely we should be allowed to back test the samples and turn yellow to dope as the test for exotics mature. Shame on the ruling parties that they do not leave the door open for back testing. . Fair game to call dope if the testing can equal the level of cheating.
