Hi
I have a question about EPO... My physician asks me for regular Hemogram exams (Complete blood Count) during the year. In the results there is column with my hematocrit %. Im confused because it is a really straight foward exam and not an expensive one, so why people say it is so difficult to detect EPO ? And they say not all laboratories are capable of detecting Epo ? Thank you |

hCT ratio is NOT an EPO test.
hCT is not necessarily a performance indictor (a high hct could mean dehydration) Blood boosting is the key. There are many ways to boost sustainable endurance power. EPO is just one doping idea. Quote:
