Blood test

Default Blood test

Today I make some blood test in hospital and I got next results:
WBC 7.7 x 109 L
RBC 5.02 x 1012 L
HGB 155 g/L
HCT 0.460 L/L
MCV 91.6 fL
MCH 30.9 g/L
MCHC 337 g/L
PLT AG 181 x 10
9

Can someone explain me these things and say me Is this good results.Thanks

They are good results . It says your white count ( granulocytes ) ( wbc's ) is unremarkable, indicating no likely acute infection . Your Hgb and Hct are hi norm .PLT (platelets are a smidge low - any recent injury ? ) but not critical. They other 3 values refer to RBC cell volume and hemoglobin content - OK there too .
The only unknowns would be revealed by a differential count, which would tell you how many of each type of WBC's there are, and if they are mature, healthy immunity agents , or young ones.
If you are at liberty to discuss , what is the nature of your current visit .

I was sick and I wanted to know am I full recovered.What I can use to improve my blood?Do I need higher Hgb and Hct?I`m 18 years old,65 kg and 190 cm.My VO2 max is 71.Give me some advice.Thanks
