I'm looking for a new bike and I'm ready for the drop down handlebars. I'm riding a 10yr old heavy upright bike (GT Windstream) and I'm ready for something new.
I've been doing the MS150 weekend ride for the past 7 years and really enjoy it. My training rides are 25 to 40 miles about once a week. But with a fun new bike imay be more. I've tried a bunch of bikes. I'm not looking for a racer, but something light weight and comfortable. My favorites so far are the Specailized Sequoia Elite and the Trek Pilot 2.1, but I'm still in the shopping/test ride mode. I'd be interested in hearing from you if you have any experiences with these particular models - or if you have other suggestions for me. |
