Default Ischial bursitis

Has anyone else had Ischial bursitis? How did you deal with it?

Sorry to be a pain in the ass.

I think I might have developed this after doing a few centuries this summer. My right buttock over the sit bone got hard and a bit painful. There was nothing visible on the skin, the hardness was deep in the tissue, it wasn't hot or inflammed. I pressed on the hard area and got some watery, bloody fluid coming
out of it into my butt crack. After a week or so it was gone.
