Default Diet plan?

Anyone have a loose diet plan they undertake? Just wondering as I'm going on an expedition around South America and wont be sticking to one, I dont want to loose much muscle tone and fitness.

LOL! Well this is my second trip out, already cycled around Guatemala and that was quite a hairy experience. I saw the biggest cockroaches ever. Got eaten by the biggest mosquitos ever but I just lost so much in weight and tone. I guess the tropical weather had a part to play too. Too much heat and humidity. This time round I'm wanting to nail a solid diet.

did you drink enough water? theres always power gels and bars and the like (im sure you use them already) maybe some protien powder or something would help keep the muscle mass/tone you are looking for.

id be HAPPY to lose the weight for ya though
