Default How much should I pay for a used PT?

A friend is willing to sell me a PT Pro on a Mavic Open Pro rim. It's being serviced with all new internals so I guess it will be a 2007 version -- since it's through a friend I will still have a warranty on it.

How much would you expect to pay for this? Is $500 resonable? What should it include/anything to watch out for?

Thanks,
James

Assuming the rim still looks good, $500 for a just serviced unit sounds pretty fair.
