Question Awkward Items on a Bike

As a massage therapist, I have often toyed with the idea of carrying my table, tent and promotionals to events, IE local bike races. But, I don't know if I could even fit all of that onto a Extracycle. The Burley Cargo trailer has a bar across the middle of it which prevents large items (massage table) from fitting on.

Any other thoughts on how to transport a 3ft x 3ft by 4in massage table and a 4.5 ft. long EZ Up tent by bicycle?

Maybe a surfboard bike rack on each side of the bike?
