Default best single speed conversion kit?

so i was wondering what is the best single speed conversion kit i want to convert my bike i dont want to spend to much and i have a Giant STP3 can you guys tell me whats good i am looking for something that offers a 14 tooth cog

Bicycle Supply do a nice kit. They're on the net. Performace bike have one too. Both these kits have a range of sprockets.

Are there conversions for hubs that were originally freewheel hubs (7-speed circa 1988). the ones with screw on cassette bodies, not the 8-10 speed types.
