I reently had an issue with my carbon frame which could had been deemed "fair wear and tear " but Avanti the Australian distributor and Scott have been very supportive and helpfull . I have found them to great to deal with and all is now resolved. Its good to see a company that has the confidence and integrity to back its product.
By the way judicious use of protective plastic tape ( as used on motorcross bikes) should prevent a repeat of my problem. Top marks to all !!! |

Avanti are great with dealing with warranties. No fuss and relatively fast with the delivery. I work in a bike shop and have dealt with them a couple of times before. Every customer has been pleased with the outcome.
