i've have just missed the swrc sportive as have come down with horendous cold. supposed to be doing the hampshire hilly hundred on sunday which means i have 6 days to recover.should i start to accept i won't be doing it .if i am fit enough are there any excersises i can do for leg strengthening while sitting around at home ??? |
