Breakfast - I have to have a caffe latte, no matter what but as far as food goes, at the moment (autumn/fall in Australia) that can be either toast, cereal or porridge. In summer, I eat a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast - mango, pineapple, that sort of thing. If I'm going for a ride, then I have a banana smoothie.
Lunch at work is usually peanut butter, cheese and lettuce on wholemeal bread, some fruit and a mini chocolate bar as a treat. ![]() I currently work a 7 day on/7 day off roster so when I am at home lunch can be quite variable. If I have gone for a ride in the morning then I have something like baked beans on toast or sardines on toast - trying to get my protein and carbs post-ride. If I am out shopping, lunch is usually sushi. |
