fat burners
anyone use these goofballs like xenadrine or hydroxicut? i used to them when ephedra was still legal but haven't heard anything with the new fomula's. not looking for subsistution for hard work, just some help with getting the gut off and back to my "fighting weight".

i got a bottle from a relative for free. i used the hydroxycut as long as the bottle lasted, which was about 3 weeks. i followed the instructions exactly. i never deviated. at the time, i was on a low carb diet and losing about 1.5 pounds a week. while on the hydroxycut, i was losing about 1.6 pounds a week for those 3 weeks i was on the supplement. i kept detailed records of my weight, body fat, and diet.
