Default Work in bike shop - under +18 ?

Hey!
I am a Polish citizen and I am sixteen years old. I am going to fly to the London, or Leeds or Liverpool in 17st June 2007 and I going to look for a job in bike shop. But I am worried that employers in the United Kingdom would not like to employ a young person from other country.
I will be looking for a job in a bike shop or in a bike service because I love bikes and have an experience in this kind of work.

Please let me know whether or not I have any chance to find a job in bike shop/service as sales assistant, mechanic, assistant mechanic, warehouse assistant or hire person?
