Default Cycling Acronyms Explained

The following acronyms are used widely in this and the Power Forum in particular. When I started out in these forums in January 2006, I had no idea what any of the acronyms related to and found it very frustrating.
I hope this thread will make it easier, especially for the newbies out there to have a better understanding of what the regulars are talking about. However, just knowing what the acronym stands for does not always give you a complete picture of the meaning, but it should make it easier to 'SEARCH' for the finer details.

Good luck and good cycling! TYSON

Anyone care to explain exactly where/what/how each is differentiated - L1-L5?
So many times I see "doing L2" or "L4", etc... mentioned have have no idea what people are talking about. Is each a specific percentage of HRMax?

Cheers for the above definitions, as a few had me puzzled...
