Default 19mm Tyres Ok for general track racing?

Hi,
I've been out of the racing game for a while..
I have some old (but good) 27" wheels for singles (tubular tyres). I would like to know if 19mm Time Trial tyres are ok to use on the veledrome for general racing. I weigh around 73 kg & would be mostly using them on an indoor wooden track.
