OTHER THAN "EPO" AND ALL THE REAL BAD STUFF I WAS WONDERING IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN GET FROM THE HEALTH FOOD STORE OR CHEMIST THAT CAN INCREASE THE OXYGEN IN THE BLOOD OR INCREASE MUSCLE OUTPUT ? MAYBE SOME TYPE OF HERBAL FORMULA OR CHINESE STUFF? I THINK EVERYONE USES ELECTROLITE FORMULAS AND ENERGY BARS, BUT WAS ELSE IS OUT THERE?

Can you please turn your caps off? I don't know if you're new to the internet, but it's considered bad manners to have caps on -- akin to shouting.

There's two great things you can do to improve your cycling. Neither comes from a chemist:

1) Eat a moderately high carbohydrate diet
2) Train correctly

Unless you have some sort of clinical condition your blood cannot hold anymore O2.

I'm a big fan of drinking water, you can buy this in health shops but its cheaper from taps!!!!

Iorn is also useful for increasing heamoglobin levels which will alow you to carry more oxygen, but that only works if your aneamic. Excessive iorn can be toxic, so beware of supplements!
