I am new to the whole serious cycling with all the nutritional stuff and what not. does anyone have a provisional diet plan that has worked well? Preferably a long term(it doesn't even have to be cycling specific) plan.

There are a small number(perhaps only 3) books on this very subject - that's where I would start. Also cycling magazines often cover this subject well ![]() |

Check out this site .... some useful information and recipes here
http://www.ais.org.au/nutrition/doc...FuelRdCycle.pdf http://www.ais.org.au/nutrition/doc...lTrackCycle.pdf http://www.ais.org.au/nutrition/Recipes.asp (just be aware that it is an Australian site so the names of some of the foods may be different - just ask if you're unsure) |
