I've been ill for the last couple of days. It's a miserable experience isn't it? I can't do any training and here's how I feel: a cough, hot sweats, general feeling of being miserable and like I've done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.
Every Winter I get nailed at some point. Sometimes I think Michael Jackson had a good idea with his gas-mask.
