Default Hi Carb meals...

What ideas on whats a good hi-carbs meal to eat the night before a big ride?

You should really be stockpiling in the carbs long before the night before as you won't be able to substantially affect your glycogen stores in one sitting. Start eating hi-carb meals 3-4 days out and you'll top off glycogen and be better prepared for the big ride.
