Fastguppy Registered User Join Date: Nov 2006 Posts: 40	V02 Max for Jrs. Does V02 max for Jrs increase? I heard things that they increase until your 25 plateau out then lower greatly. Someone said that V02 max rises about how much you have grown. If you are 10percent grown that’s how much you’re V02 grows.
