Default Best food for energy when cycling

I always insist on a tasty Butlin before I embark on a bike ride. They are JAM PACKED with nutritous tasty goodness! Below is a link to the recipe and an example of the effect they can have on performance and muscle growth, over a relatively short period of time too!
