Cycling/Pregnancy
My wife is about four months pregnant, due February 1st. She doesn't want to get out of shape for the upcoming season that starts as early as March. Also she's worried that she may be too sore after birth to ride in time to train for the season. Any ideas? How long does it take to heal/ be able to ride again?
