I am an Elite cyclist and am looking for a high carb diet. 29 years old, 1.61 tall, 50.3Kg, BMI 19.4 Can anyone help me? Thanks ![]() |

Mmm... no one has responded to your thread.
Isn't your diet set by your team personnel ? Why specifically carbs? Is your objective to eat a minimum quantities of kilojules per day ? By carbs, are you referring to sugar carbs or non sugar carbs? |
