Default Endura Powder Supplements

Hi there

I was wondering which endura power suppliment i should be using. There are 3 types, Enduro, optimizer and maintain. Does anyone have any experience with these ?? are they effective??

I'm looking for a high energy, protein powder which will help my muscles recover as well and loose weight.

Please help

cheers

Simon

Simon,

The only Endura product I have used, and still use, is the Endura Electrolyte product. It is quite good and seems to prevent cramps fairly well, but not what it seems to are looking at.

I have tried Leppin's Protein Powder product, which seems to be something similar to the other Endura products you have mentioned. Tastes nice when mixed with milk, but not sure if it is doing me any good as a recovery product - I do not feel "more recovered" after drinking it than if I simply ate some protein.
