This would be a good diet to follow if the sodium content weren't so high in the food. I used to eat these, because my mom got a whole box donated to Salvation Army. But I stopped eating these because they were making me bloat. Any food that is normally supposed to be perishable but is made non-perishable is not a good sign. Might work for others though.
