Default Serious Cycling Edmund R. Burke

Hi,


I have been told that in this book their is a list of I think 10? suppliments recommended for cyclists.

Does anyone have a list of these please?

Ed Burke's book is rather ubiquitous. You could find it (and the list you're referencing) in most any public library, Barnes & Noble, BOrders, etc.

Yes i know thanks.

I am going to get it as soon as i get home but at the moment i am away in a non english speaking country so no chance of finding it here.
